This file lists all mailing lists known to the SAIL mailer.  A mailing list is
any address that forwards to a list of people given in a file somewhere.  The
list below gives the name of each mailing list, the name of the maintainer(s),
and a brief description of the nature of the mail sent to that list.  Thus, for
instance, if you want to hear about the speakers at the Algorithms For Lunch
Bunch, send mail to JEB@SAIL and he will add you to the list.

At the end of this file is another list (currently rather short) describing
some personally-maintained mailing lists that people might wish to be on or
might wish to use for sending mail.
